Fully portable and ready to use, the two tools in the Suzanne Somers Toning System offer an alternative to sessions at the gym or with a trainer. Designed to help tone and strengthen muscle groups, the Thighmaster Gold and the Thighmaster LBX target 12 different areas in your body, including hips, thighs, buttocks, abs, arms, and back. Simple in principle, the tools' looped and padded rods create resistance as you exercise. Though they cannot stand in for an aerobic workout, they are highly portable and can be used on your own time. Somers recommends 20-30 minutes of exercise daily for significant results.
