This ball is not made of thick rubber like you're used to with the large swedish balls at the gym. It popped on me after about 4 months (I am 6ft 170lbs) while I was using it for sit ups.
If you decide to buy it, don't let them sucker you into buying a pump for it. You can blow the ball up like a balloon and don't need the pump. |

| I bought this ball shortly after my GF saw an infomercial on TV. This is a great, sturdy, exercise ball at a fraction of the price it goes for on TV. My GF uses it everday & has never had a problem with it. If you're looking for something to help you with your cruntches this might be the way. |

| The ball is very easy to assemble. It's soft and supple. It's just a big disappointment because as I try to exercise with it, it slips all over the place and my exercise efforts are completely defeated. |
