| I love the pilates magic circle--it is great for toning and strength building, and it also helps with controlled movements. The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very helpful guide for the various pilates moves you can do with the ring for stand-alone, reformer, and mat exercises. It introduced a few moves that I had not seen before with the magic circle. |

| I ordered the Pilates Magic Circle at the suggestion of my physical therapist. Originally, the Circle was to strengthen my core as I've been experiencing chronic back and neck pain for months. After a few weeks of PT and using the Circle for various work-outs, I decided to try the full Pilates work-out DVD that came with it. It is amazing to me that I can work my entire body with only the use of this simple Magic Circle! I feel stronger, more balanced, and actually enjoy working out daily in the comfort of my own home!! To me, the Magic Circle truly is MAGICAL! |
